ORACLES: Lesson 50

If I were a betting woman, I would say you prepared yourself this morning by using soap, and putting on fresh undergarments, and some kind of fragrance, even if lotion. In other words, you didn’t leave your house musty (on purpose, anyway, lol), or look through your hamper for soiled wear! Noooo! You consciously considered your hygiene for a new day. You washed off yesterday and left the house refreshed.

Well, in the same way, spiritually, you are no longer who you were yesterday! Whoever that was that made the mistakes, missed it and/or made a mess of things five, ten or twenty years ago is now washed, made anew. You are a new creation in Christ Jesus! The blood of Christ gave you a new identity: You are a child of God!

You are loved; you are forgiven; you are redeemed; you are complete in Him; you are alive together with Christ Jesus; you are a joint heir with Christ; you are holy and blameless and above reproach! All because you received Christ as your sacrificial lamb; and He is the Lamb of God who took away the sins of [your life] the world!

Therefore, don’t wear the shame found in a memory, or the reproach of the past. Don’t put on guilt and condemnation and live in heaviness or torment. There is nothing that you did or have done that the blood of Christ cannot and did not wash completely away. God doesn’t remember it, so stop letting the enemy remind you and then disqualify you from freedom, peace, and/or confidence. You have a redeemer, and He ransomed your life with His own!

He took your humiliation, your pain, your shortcoming, and gave you access to the living God. So, start now and determine to keep this week about who you are Christ. Guaranteed, it will change your outlook and thereby, your life! Rest.
