We are thrilled to announce that the following speakers for EmpowerMe 2026 women's conference:
Pastor Qwynn
Pastor Qwynn is a dynamic teacher, speaker, and writer who ministers with a prophetic edge and a pastoral heart. As the founder of Woman Pray, she leads a growing community of women who are seeking life change through powerful, effective prayer, biblical discipleship, and authentic sisterhood in Christ.
With close to three decades of experience in ministry, Pastor Qwynn has helped women deepen their faith, discover their purpose, and walk confidently in their Kingdom identity. She is co-founder and co-pastor at Hope Cathedral in New Jersey alongside her husband, Dr. Trevón D. Gross, Sr., and together they are committed to building strong families and Spirit-led believers.
Known for making Scripture accessible and impactful, Pastor Qwynn teaches with clarity, compassion, and conviction. Whether mentoring one-on-one or speaking to hungry hearts, her greatest joy is seeing lives transformed by the power of God’s Word and the presence of the Holy Spirit.
Pastor Andrea Crayton
Andrea is a passionate, fun-loving young woman who loves to inspire others to reach their full potential in Christ. Andrea firmly believes that the renewal of the mind is vital in living a successful and fulfilled life—She desires to help others believe and apply that truth to their lives. A proud alumna of Auburn University as a pre-med student, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences. Shortly after college, Andrea was called into ministry.
She is a gifted marketing and event coordinator, speaker, host, minister and worship leader. A native of Decatur, AL, Andrea is the 3rd of 5 children by her parents, Pastors Darius and Alesia Crayton. She has been surrounded by the Word of God her entire life. As a member of Bridge Builders Church International, Andrea assists her parents in leading the Youth Ministry, Worship Department and serves full time as the church’s Marketing and Event Coordinator. She established Andrea Crayton Ministries in 2022 and through her ministry, she travels the world with a mission to encourage others towards a deeper relationship with the Lord while teaching the Word with the demonstration of the power of God. Andrea is a board member of the Young Professionals Association of Morgan County—a community outreach organization focused on minority leadership and development.
Andrea is a strong advocate and example of faith and devotion to God and family.
Rev. Tammy Stradford
Rev. Tammy Stradford is an anointed pastor and teacher called to equip believers into spiritual maturity. Before ministry, she earned Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Chemistry and built a successful career rising to Regional Quality Manager in the chemical industry.

After encountering Christ in 1994, she began serving at International Christian Center (ICC) and Rhema Prayer Ministries (RPM). She joined ICC's Pastoral team in 1996, eventually leading Pastoral and Altar Ministry, and served as RPM President for twenty-one years.
​
Ordained in 2006 and set apart in the Pastorate Office in 2013, Tammy is also a Licensed Pastoral Counselor certified in Temperament Therapy. She has ministered at conferences and churches throughout the tri-state area and internationally in Africa and Bangladesh.

In 2017, God called her into full-time ministry. Released from RPM leadership in 2024, she eagerly anticipates this next chapter. She serves as a spiritual mother and mentor, living a lifestyle of prayer—understanding it's not simply taught but caught.

Tammy is supported by her husband of 40 years, Wendell, their children Courtney and Tyler, and granddaughters Taylor Jade and Temple.
Dr Medina Pullings
Dr. Medina Pullings is an international conference speaker, pastor, entrepreneur, television host, fashion designer, podcast host, and teacher whose life and ministry impact people around the world. Born and raised in the Bronx River Projects of New York City, her life was radically transformed as a teenager when she became a born-again believer and accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior. Driven by a passion for sharing the gospel, she began preaching on the subways of New York City.
Dr. Pullings is the Co-Founder of United Nations Church alongside her husband, Bishop Orrin K. Pullings Sr. The ministry has grown into multiple locations and is committed to making disciples, fulfilling the Great Commission, and equipping believers to walk in their God-given purpose.
She is also the visionary behind the Jesus Girl Summit, a powerful gathering that brings together thousands of women for worship, teaching, empowerment, and fellowship—encouraging women to deepen their relationship with God, embrace their purpose, and become change-makers in their communities.
Her media reach spans major television networks including TBN, Daystar, The Word Network, LoveWorld, Impact Network, and BET, impacting millions globally. Dr. Pullings is the founder of Jesus Girl Global, an international faith-based fashion and lifestyle brand that celebrates faith, identity in Christ, and modest yet stylish expression.
A joyful mother and grandmother, Dr. Pullings exemplifies faith, family, and service. Her work has earned multiple honors, including a prestigious FDIC award recognizing her organization, Princess Club, for empowering young girls through financial literacy.
Through ministry, media, fashion, and outreach initiatives, Dr. Medina Pullings continues to build a lasting legacy of faith, service, and transformation.
