• Crispy chicken, roasted tomato, mozzarella, mixed greens with balsamic glaze

Grilled Chicken Fresco

• Grilled chicken, asiago spinach, roasted peppers with pesto

Mediterranean Tuna

• Tuna with tomato, arugula, and red onion

Tenderloin Royal

• Beef tenderloin, horseradish spread, mixed greens, and parmigiana

Land-O-Honey

• Roasted honey turkey, provolone, mixed greens with honey mustard

Eggplant Calabris

• Eggplant, mozzarella, roasted red peppers with balsamic glaze

The Vegetariano

• Grilled veggies, mixed greens with lite raspberry dressing (wrap)

Waldorf Salad

• Roasted iceberg, romaine, greens, apples, cranberries, and chickpeas served with a 6 oz side of grilled veggies (Grilled chicken optional)

NOTE:

All sandwiches will be complete with the following sides:

• 6 oz. cup healthy slaw

• 6 oz. cup fresh fruit cup

• Baked chips

• 1.5 oz. David’s chocolate chip cookie
